Appellant, Fredrick Taylor, appeals from a judgment of conviction for the offense of burglary of a building. TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. ? 30.02 (Vernon 1974). The jury rejected appellants "not guilty" plea and found him guilty as charged in the indictment. The trial court, finding the two enhancement paragraphs of the indictment to be "true," assessed his punishment at twenty-five years confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections. We affirm.
